We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Secretary to join our team. The Legal Secretary will provide administrative support to our legal team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in the office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in legal studies is a plus
• Proven experience working as a Legal Secretary or in a similar role

• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

• Assist attorneys with document review and organization
• Schedule appointments, meetings, and court hearings
• Maintain and update client files and databases
• Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff members
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
• Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
